[05] // Common questions

Things operators ask before signing.

What is a private label supplement?

A private label supplement is a stock formula manufactured by a third-party facility that you put your own brand on. You don't formulate it — you brand it. It's the fastest way to get a category-fit SKU on the shelf because the formula is already validated.

What's the minimum order to start?

Most stock-formula private-label runs start at 500 units. Sample runs are usually 100-250 units. Custom contract manufacturing has higher minimums (typically 1,000-5,000) because the facility is doing dedicated production for you.

How long does it take from idea to shelf?

For private-label stock formulas with custom labels, expect 6-10 weeks. Custom contract manufacturing with formula development runs 14-22 weeks. Sample timelines depend on packaging — bottles ship faster than pouches.

Do you take a percentage of my sales?

No. We're a sourcing and brokerage service. You pay the manufacturer for goods. We charge a flat brokerage fee per SKU sourced and a small spec-document retainer. No royalties, no equity, no exclusivity locks.
